Yes. You are welcome to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. Upon cancelation of your order, you will receive a full refund to your method of payment. You will be charged a $4.99 cancelation processing fee. All sale items are not eligible to be canceled. If your order has been paid with Afterpay we will also deduct the fees, we pay for your order.

Sorry we don't allow returns on items that aren't faulty. We do try our hardest to ensure all coloured photos and colour names are as close as possible. Colour photos may vary on different screen.

Please take a photo and lodge a query with Australia Post ASAP. They are the ones who will compensate you for damaged parcels.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. If the item is defective, damaged or if you happen to receive the wrong item please let us know ASAP so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Anything after 7 days will not be refunded

Certain types of items cannot be returned, any cut webbing, cork, Giardini, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We don't allow exchanges for incorrect purchases

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
