Can I cancel my order? Yes. You are welcome to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. Upon cancelation of your order you will receive a full refund to your method of payment. You will be charged a $4.99 cancelation processing fee. All sale items are not eligible to be canceled
Can I return an item if the colour isn't what I expected? Sorry we don't allow returns on items that aren't faulty. We do try our hardest to ensure all coloured photos and colour names are as close as possible. Colour photos may vary on different screen.
What happens if I am sent the incorrect product? If you receive an incorrect product you may be required to return it either in person or by a return satchel/ envelope which we will provide when we send you the correct product. For this to happen we need to be notified by email admin@dreamybaghardware.com.au within 5 working days of your order arriving. returns are expected to be posted pack within 7 working days of receiving your correct products.
Can I return an item if faulty? You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return if faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, you will be required to post back the items at your own cost ( refunded once items have been returned and inspected and deemed fit to refund) and we will instruct you on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
My order has arrived damaged what do I do now? Please take a photo and lodge a query with Australia Post ASAP. They are the ones who will compensate you for damaged parcels.
What If I have a damaged item arrived in undamaged packaging?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. If the item is defective, damaged or if you happen to receive the wrong item please let us know ASAP so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Anything after 7 days will not be refunded
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, any cut webbing, cork, Giardini, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Can you exchange and item once it arrives because I ordered the wrong item? We don't allow exchanges for incorrect purchases.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
