more than one piece will be sent continuous EG  2 x 1/4 will receive 1 full half metre. 3x 1/4 will receive half plus 1/4. 4 will receive 1 mt non cut. 

All will be sent rolled.

Our Cork fabric is made from Portugal cork trees. It is harvested in a sustainable way.

We buy only the best quality made cork from Portugal, in saying this you do need to be mindful of using cork on high wearing areas like the bottom and corners on bags or straps, as even the best cork may be prone to wearing. 

Sew the cork with the grain not against the grain you should have no problems. Some cork will have no particular grain pattern whilst some may.

Our Cork is varying in their backing with some containing a microfibre backing and some a PU backing. This makes no difference when sewing.

Cork is able to be sewn on any type of sewing machine including domestic. Be sure to use longer stitches when sewing cork, and also vinyls, so as that you don't perforate the cork too much. There is no need to Iron cork fabric as this can make it peel away from the backing and no stabiliser/ interfacing is needed

Some colours may vary. We have tried our best to accurately capture the colour although please note that the Wine colour isn't as purple as shown in the photo.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
