Let's talk postage! We take care in orders being mostly wrapped and packed in non plastic wrap packaging where possible. We also reuse a lot of our packaging where possible to help our planet. We also mostly use biodegradable bags to pack you orders in.

If you need an order urgently we have the Priority Pack N Post option on the website. Pack N Post means your order is made a priority order and posted the same day when placed before 2pm, if after 2pm it will be a priority for the next day. It will be posted as Express post in the next delivery drop regardless of your order number. All other orders are packed in numerical order, even Express post orders.

All orders are sent through Australia Post and we offer Regular Tracked postage and Express post on orders. Once your parcel is with Australia post it is out of our hands so please contact Australia Post prior to contacting us for updates. Postage costs are charged by Aus post

We take Fridays off from packing an posting. It may not be every Friday but most Fridays. It's not because we are quite... in fact it is quite the opposite. 

We need to have a work life balance, I might just get into a bit more sewing again (the dream). I do miss sewing and need to make time for me again. 

Our packing and posting days are Monday -Thursday, except for Public holiday. Delays can occur during the Christmas and New Year days ( none knows what day it is then anyway lol), after a sale, and during sometimes during Tasmania school holidays. Keep up to date on our main Facebook page for any updates or possible delays that may occur. Friday is the day we replenish our shelves and maybe take time out to get a bit of sewing in.

This helps us take the opportunity to restock the shelves and make sure inventory is all up to date. Priority pack n post orders will be sent IF they are placed before 8am Friday.

All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 of our working days. They are packed in numerical order. Unless you have selected Priority Pack N Post. When there is a preorder you will be advised of the turn around time which is up to 12 weeks. 

Whilst we don't offer to combine orders if we notice you have two orders in we may send them together for your convenience if time permits us to do so. In this case we will refund half the postage cost and the remainder is towards processing fees and time in combining orders.

No combining of orders will be allowed unless you have contacted the business prior to ordering. Any peoples asking to combine orders without contacting admin prior to completing the transaction will occur a fee of $1.50 to cover our fees we pay for having to complete a refund if approved. 

International Postage is available on the website. Overcharges will be refunded at the time the shipping label is created. If your country is not available at the checkout please contact us for a postage cost at admin@dreamybaghardware.com.au
